Thanksgiving in Utah

We arrived behind enemy lines on Saturday November 22nd in Happy Valley. Grandma and Grandpa are BYU fans so we went outside to take our family picture before the Holy War began. Grandma Snow couldn't get the game on TV so she set up the radio in the living room and listened while she cooked and updated the family when someone scored.

My Ricks College and U of U roommate Rees and his son Dane met me downtown in SLC to catch a ride on the Traxx. I have not been in the football stadium since I was in school and things have definitely changed since the Olympics. Our seats were in Section 21 on the north side of the stadium in the end zone. It was crazy just getting to our seats because the Ute fans were very energetic. Dane was a BYU fan so we had to dress him appropriately (in red) to save his life. We had a lot of fun watching the student section jump up and down all night long.

This poor guy on the right had a rough night in the RED sea.

This ultimate Utes fan was rowdy all night long. Go Utes!

BCS dance after the game.

ha...ha that's just like my family with ASU & UA. Your mom's a good sport...my dad would disown us if we showed up at his house with anything ASU. He doesn't seem like he would but he is a UA alumni through & through!!! For kicks you should show up to his house on July 4th with an ASU tee on! I'm sure Cory will loan you one!!!
