Well, since we live in the desert I decided to teach my kids how to surf on the grass in our backyard. I wish we lived closer to the beach but this will have to do for now. It was still 90 degrees last week so we got out our swimsuits and went for a swim after our surf lessons.
Tia has good form but is scared of seaweed. We have a long way to go before she is getting tubed like a Roxy Girl but I think she can do it.
JT was more interested in his poses than anything else. He seems to think he has muscles already.
I would have gotten beat up if I surfed like these clowns. I'll give them an "A"for creativity. They must of thought this was dancing with the stars surfing American idol style.

Funny...We are planning to have Blaine's birthday next year at the beach in Oregon. He's excited and asked, "Can we go surfing for my birthday?"
love the music to go along with the pictures... by the way I'm surprised you know what Roxy is!!! I'm sure Ryan doesn't.
