Tia the explorer and butterfly whisperer.
Outside the entrance to the International Wildlife Museum on speedway.
There were many different species of butterflies from all over the world.
RRRROOAAARRRRRRR!!! The two tigers make their presence known.
The two tigers magically turned into three ferrets. Three Lazy ferrets. The tunnel came out on the other side and they crawled through it about 4 times.
The stinky, hairy javelina. Striking resemblance don't you think?
The giant crocodile got little Joshua before he could get away. His left leg was snatched in the first bite just below the knee. It was like it all happened in slow motion as we watched helplessly on the banks of the carpet.
We adopted a desert tortoise in October from the desert museum. We had a desert museum guy come over and approve our yard and burrow that we made. He was a doctor and volunteered at the desert museum to help place the tortoises. After approval, we made an appointment with the director to pick up our latest child and we were informed on the phone that we were having a boy.
The kids decided that they wanted to name him. Tia picked Rocky from our list and Jonathan picked Tank. His name became Rocky Tank. Rocky Tank kept trying to escape on the ride home and it made JT a little nervous.
We made his home according to the specifications online and he didn't seem to like it very much. Blocks around the perimeter with a board on top covered in dirt.
Outside they had a fire truck, police cars, ambulances, jumping castles, baseball throw, a climbing wall and a big slide. They also had various business with booths and trunks pen with candy. It was very crowded but fun.
Alex, Madelynn, Kameha, Stacey, Jonathan, Tia, Tortolita guy, Cassie, Joshua, McKayla and Jacob.
Counting the treasures. Tia had127 pieces of pure sugar.
We had to carve our pumpkins on Monday after Halloween. Joshua had some pumpkin guts stuck on his toes and couldn't get them off.
